Do Tutu is a sole trader business which operates the www.dotutu.uk website, to enable the purchase or commissioning a custom made bespoke item of clothing.

This page is used to inform customers policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if you decided to use my Service, available via the www.dotutu.uk  website.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that I request is used for providing a quality service to you. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better service, I require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email and address. The information that I collect will be used to contact or identify you.  I only use the data to provide a service to you.

Once you are not in receipt of a service, then your personal data is securely destroyed. At each new contract or service, you will be asked to provide consent and your personal contact details again. Your confidentiality is never knowingly compromised.

I will not use your contact email for marketing purposes.

Children’s Privacy

I require a parent or guardian to inquire, place an order and accompany a child to all appointments.   I do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. If you discover that your child provided personal information, please contact me so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

I request information on the age and dance school the child attends, this is to provide a better service to you and to ensure the confidentiality of your service and to ensure you receive a custom product.

Log Data

However, As I do not  require you to log in to accounts, I do not use cookies on the website.

I value your trust in providing me your Personal Information when placing an order. This information is filed and stored securely and locally for the duration of the business contract.  Once a contracted order has been fulfilled to satisfaction, then all personal identifiable information is destroyed.

I am obliged to keep business financial transaction data and records. This data portability is provided by you for the delivery of the service contract and processed electronically via a third-party accountancy service and payment terminal. No identifiable personal information is stored on these transactions.
